What is Infinilead?
Infinilead is cloud-based CRM software, CRM being short for customer relationship management. Its focus is not on maintaining data but on your customer: Infinilead brings enquiries, emails and appointments together in one place and shows you every morning who needs your attention next.
Is Infinilead free?
There is a free plan so you can try Infinilead in your business with your own data, without any hassle. The free version is meant for one person and is limited to 30 customers. If Infinilead convinces you, you can switch to Pro at any time without interrupting your work. This requires a credit card or a SEPA direct debit mandate. See pricing
What does the Pro version offer?
With Pro you can manage up to 10,000 customers, and a second person is already included in the price of €29 a month. On top of that you get custom fields on customers and projects, far more templates and variables for your emails, up to ten custom processes and a mailbox sync every 15 minutes.
Can I bring my existing customers with me?
Yes. Simply upload your customer list from Excel or another program; Infinilead recognises the columns and warns you about duplicates. Most businesses are up and running in a few minutes.
Where is my data stored?
In data centres in the EU. Every business gets its own database, which is backed up every night, and we keep these backups for 30 days on every plan.
Do I need training?
No. If you can write an email, you can use Infinilead. On your first start a short checklist guides you through the setup, and the Help Center has detailed guides for every feature. Visit the Help Center
Is there a smartphone app?
Infinilead runs in the browser on any device, whether office PC, tablet or smartphone. We are also working on a dedicated app for iPhone, iPhone Duo and iPad. The release date will be announced.
